Dwayne is currently the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. He also serves as the Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Apart from pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for helping the next generation to become Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous articles on the internet and an author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Redefining Lives by God's Unchangeable The Truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne has three children along with His wife Leslie.
